BLACKOUT (Neider and Torgerson)

 After BL’AST! dissolved Mike Neider and Bill Torgerson became BLACKOUT and recorded this, their only 7″, in 1994. It sounds like they’ve been hitting the weed bigtime and listening to early MONSTER MAGNET.
